Editor Overview

By clicking the VIEW IN EDITOR button in the action panel on either Selectors or Pages view, twik loads up your selected page for viewing and helps you create new Selectors and Variants.


Alternatively, you may click the button, and enter the URL you wish to load in the following input box:

Next, the visual editor will open. At the top of the screen you can see the toolbar that contains (left to right):

  • The mouse picker – which allows you to interact with elements on the webpage (as you would on a regular internet page).
  • URL of the page you are on.
  • Copy URL button.
  • Resolution – you may adjust as needed to your desired scale: Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile.
  • Selectors.
  • Variants.

As you hover on the screen, you can see how each and every element on the page is delineated within a blue border, upon which you can create a new selector or a variant.

on the right side corner, you can find the list of all Selectors & Variants configured for this page. By pressing the Selectors or Variants an action panel will open, allowing you a preview or edit them.
